One of my favorite Rembrandt etchings. I’ve had a tiny copy taped to my dashboard for around 125,000 miles. 
I loved Rembrandt’s paintings more when I was younger. The exhibit today was almost exclusively portraits in oils. I’ve always and still do love his etchings and the show had a handful of these.
Maybe I love them more in part because he was “free” to do landscapes and not just the portraits that earned him so much of his income.
"The Hundred Gilder Print" and "The Three Crosses" are true masterpieces.
